Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, downloading a free product, purchasing a paid product, activating a license, or otherwise using MeltingLabs, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Digital Products No physical delivery Licensed Use Ownership is not transferred No Redistribution Sharing and leaking are prohibited

1. About MeltingLabs

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MeltingLabs website, customer accounts, downloads, software, licenses, memberships, support services, and related digital services.

In these Terms, “MeltingLabs,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]. “User,” “customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to anyone who accesses or uses our services.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

You may use our services only when you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. When you use MeltingLabs on behalf of a company, community, game server, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account, make a purchase, download products, activate licenses, or continue using our services.

3. Products and Services

MeltingLabs may provide free and paid digital products, including:

  • Rust server plugins and extensions
  • FiveM scripts and resources
  • Configuration files and presets
  • User-interface packages and assets
  • Source code and compiled software
  • Documentation and installation materials
  • Premium memberships and subscriptions
  • Custom development or related digital services

All products are delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.

4. Product License

Unless a product page or separate license states otherwise, downloading or purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use that product.

You may:

  • Install and use the product on the number of servers permitted by the product license.
  • Configure the product for your own server or organization.
  • Modify editable files for your own authorized use.
  • Create reasonable backup copies.
  • Use the product commercially as part of operating your own authorized game server.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, upload, publish, or share the product or its files.
  • Share your account, license key, download link, or protected documentation.
  • Leak or distribute an original or modified version of a product.
  • Upload a product to another marketplace, forum, Discord server, repository, or file-sharing service.
  • Claim that you created or own our product.
  • Remove ownership notices, licensing systems, watermarks, or access controls.
  • Bypass, disable, manipulate, or interfere with license verification.
  • Use our files as the primary basis of a competing product intended for redistribution or resale.
  • Sell access to our source files or provide them to clients without written authorization.

Ownership and copyright remain with MeltingLabs or the identified product creator. A purchase transfers usage rights only and does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

5. Free Products

Free products remain subject to these Terms and any product-specific license. The fact that a product is free does not place it in the public domain or grant permission to redistribute, resell, rebrand, or claim ownership of it.

Free products may be changed, replaced, restricted, or discontinued at any time. Support and updates for free products are not guaranteed.

6. Accounts and Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account and billing information.
  • Keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
  • Maintaining access to your registered email address.
  • All activity performed through your account.
  • Contacting us promptly when you suspect unauthorized account access.

Accounts, licenses, purchases, and memberships may not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared unless we provide written permission.

7. Payments and Pricing

Prices are displayed during checkout and may change at any time. A price change will not normally affect a completed one-time purchase, but subscription pricing may change for future billing periods after any notice required by applicable law.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable charges, taxes, processing fees, and currency-conversion costs shown during checkout.

We may refuse, cancel, or review an order when we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing error, chargeback abuse, sanctions restrictions, or a violation of these Terms.

8. Subscriptions and Premium Memberships

Subscription and premium-membership benefits are described on the applicable product page. Benefits may include premium downloads, early releases, updates, discounts, community roles, additional licenses, or priority support.

When automatic renewal is enabled, your subscription will renew at the billing interval displayed during checkout until it is cancelled. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally reverse a charge that has already been processed, except where required by applicable law or our Refund Policy.

Access to subscription-only products or services may end when the subscription expires. Your rights to continue using previously downloaded products will depend on the license displayed for that membership or product.

9. Product Descriptions and Requirements

You are responsible for reviewing the product description, dependencies, supported framework, supported game version, installation requirements, license limits, and compatibility information before downloading or purchasing.

Screenshots, demonstrations, roadmaps, and feature previews may be illustrative. Minor interface, configuration, or functionality differences do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

10. Installation, Compatibility, and Third-Party Software

Our products may depend on Rust, Oxide, uMod, Carbon, FiveM, Cfx.re, ESX, QBCore, game-server hosts, databases, external APIs, Discord, or other third-party platforms.

We do not guarantee compatibility with:

  • Unsupported or outdated game-server builds.
  • Leaked, modified, cracked, or unofficial frameworks.
  • Other plugins or scripts that override the same systems.
  • Custom server modifications not described before purchase.
  • Future updates made by game developers or third-party platforms.
  • Hosting environments that do not satisfy the product requirements.

Rust, Facepunch, FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. MeltingLabs is not endorsed by or affiliated with them unless explicitly stated.

11. Updates and Product Changes

We may release bug fixes, compatibility updates, security changes, feature updates, or redesigned versions. Unless expressly advertised, purchasing a product does not guarantee lifetime updates, lifetime support, future features, or compatibility with every future game update.

We may modify or discontinue a free product, paid product, service, integration, or feature when reasonably necessary. When practical, we may provide notice of material changes.

12. Support

Standard product support may include:

  • Clarification of documentation.
  • Reasonable installation guidance.
  • Investigation of reproducible product bugs.
  • Configuration-related questions.

Standard support does not include:

  • Custom feature development.
  • Full server setup or administration.
  • Repairing unrelated third-party products.
  • Programming lessons or extensive code modification.
  • Support for leaked, modified, or unsupported versions.

Support may require proof of purchase, logs, configuration files, screenshots, reproduction steps, or temporary diagnostic access. Never send passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated personal information through a support ticket.

13. Acceptable Use

You must not use MeltingLabs or our products to:

  • Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Distribute malware, spyware, credential stealers, backdoors, or destructive code.
  • Attack, overload, scrape, exploit, or interfere with our website or licensing systems.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, files, infrastructure, or databases.
  • Submit fraudulent payments, false disputes, or abusive chargebacks.
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse staff, creators, or other users.
  • Circumvent suspensions, bans, license limits, or security controls.

14. User Content and Reviews

When you submit a review, support message, screenshot, suggestion, configuration, or other content, you confirm that you have permission to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You retain ownership of your original content. You grant MeltingLabs a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide support, operate the website, improve products, and display submitted reviews.

We may remove spam, fraudulent reviews, unlawful material, personal information, abusive content, or content unrelated to the relevant product.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account, license, membership, or access to services when we reasonably believe that a user has:

  • Shared or leaked products.
  • Bypassed a license or security system.
  • Used fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Filed a knowingly false payment dispute.
  • Threatened the security or operation of our services.
  • Repeatedly or materially violated these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may provide a warning or opportunity to correct the violation. Serious fraud, malicious activity, redistribution, or security abuse may result in immediate action.

16. Intellectual Property Reports

If you believe content available through MeltingLabs infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, contact us at [LEGAL EMAIL] and include identification of the protected work, the relevant content, your contact details, and a good-faith explanation of your claim.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our website, products, downloads, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect security, error-free operation, a specific increase in server population or revenue, compatibility with every environment, or uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MeltingLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, server downtime, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to a product or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid to MeltingLabs for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of our services, your unauthorized redistribution of products, or your material violation of these Terms or another party’s rights.

20. Privacy and Refunds

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our separate Privacy Policy. Purchase cancellations, returns, and refund eligibility are described in our separate Refund Policy. Those policies form part of your agreement with MeltingLabs.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, products, business practices, or legal obligations. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.

When a change materially affects existing users, we may provide additional notice through the website, account dashboard, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in [CITY / COUNTRY] will have jurisdiction, except when applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue informally.

23. General Provisions

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written permission. We may assign our rights as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of our business.
